TradeVision AI operates the tradevisionai.app website and the TradeVision AI mobile application. For privacy requests, contact support@tradevisionai.app.

Where GDPR-style laws apply, we rely on contract (to deliver the service you request), legitimate interests (security, product improvement balanced against your rights), and consent where required (e.g. certain marketing or optional analytics).

We use infrastructure and communications vendors (e.g. hosting, email, push, analytics) that process data on our instructions. We do not sell your identifiable trading journal or signal history to data brokers. Aggregated or de-identified statistics may be used internally to improve models and UX.

If data is processed in countries outside your own, we use appropriate safeguards where required by law (such as standard contractual clauses).

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or security reasons. You may request deletion subject to those constraints.

• No selling: we do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

Our marketing site may use cookies or local storage for basic preferences and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The mobile app uses platform-level identifiers according to Apple and Google policies.

TradeVision AI is not directed at children under 16 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app, email, or this page with an updated “last updated” date.
