How we use data

Sharing & processors

We use infrastructure and communications vendors (e.g. hosting, email, push, analytics) that process data on our instructions. We do not sell your identifiable trading journal or signal history to data brokers. Aggregated or de-identified statistics may be used internally to improve models and UX.

International transfers

If data is processed in countries outside your own, we use appropriate safeguards where required by law (such as standard contractual clauses).

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or security reasons. You may request deletion subject to those constraints.

Your choices & rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise a request, email support@tradevisionai.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

How we protect your data

  • Access control: limited staff and vendor access on a need-to-know basis, under agreements.
  • No selling: we do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

Cookies & similar tech (web)

Our marketing site may use cookies or local storage for basic preferences and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The mobile app uses platform-level identifiers according to Apple and Google policies.

Children

TradeVision AI is not directed at children under 16 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app, email, or this page with an updated “last updated” date.
