Rules for using TradeVision AI websites, apps, and related services. This is a legal agreement between you and us.

  • We provide tools and information — not personalized advice or trade execution.
  • You control your account, your broker, and every trade you place.
  • Trading risk is yours: losses can exceed what you expect. Read the risk section.

1. Service

TradeVision AI provides market analytics, journaling, signals, and Smart Money Concept (SMC)–style tools for education and analysis. We do not execute trades for you. We do not manage your money. All decisions to enter, size, or exit positions are yours. Execution with your broker is always your responsibility.

2. Performance & disclaimers

Any statistics, examples, or backtests we show are illustrative only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets change; use your own judgment and risk management.

3. Risk disclosure

  • You may lose your entire investment.
  • There are no guarantees of profit or accuracy.
  • Use only capital you can afford to lose.

TradeVision AI and its team do not provide personalized financial, investment, or legal advice. If you need advice for your situation, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • Use the service lawfully and not to abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems.
  • Comply with applicable laws, broker rules, and tax obligations in your region.
  • Not rely on the product as the sole basis for any investment decision.

5. No financial advice

Nothing in the app or on our websites is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, nor personalized investment advice. We are not your fiduciary, broker, or investment adviser. You alone decide whether and how to trade.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeVision AI and its affiliates, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on any content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any), or fifty dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater, except where law forbids such a cap.

7. Account & acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security risk, or harm other users. You are responsible for activity under your account. Features and availability may change; we may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
